Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code and upload directly from their phone's camera or photos app. No download, no sign-up, no password.
What file types can guests upload?
Guests can upload image and video files from their phone or computer. We preserve original uploads at full resolution.
How long is the gallery available?
Guest uploads are open from 14 days before until 28 days after the event date. After that, uploads close, and event data is retained for 2 years from the event date.
What if my event date changes?
No problem. Your upload window is tied to the event date, so when the event date is moved, the upload opening and closing dates move with it too.
How long before the event do uploads open?
Guests can start uploading 14 days before your event date.
How long after the event can guests still upload?
Uploads stay open for 28 days after your event date, so guests still have time to add photos once the event is over.
Is event date required when creating an event?
Yes. Event date is required, and it is used to calculate your upload window and data retention timeline.
Can I make my event private?
Yes. You can enable PIN protection so only guests with the PIN can access the upload and gallery pages.
Can I hide the gallery but still collect uploads?
Yes. You can hide the public gallery while still allowing guests to upload photos.
Can I download everything at once?
Yes. From your admin page, you can download all uploads for an event as a ZIP.
Can I preview the guest page before the window opens?
Yes. As the event owner, you can use preview mode to check how the page looks even if the upload window is not open yet.
Can I moderate what guests upload?
Yes. As the event owner you can delete any photo from the gallery at any time from your admin panel.
